Background
Nicolaus Copernicus is an Polish astronomer from the Renaissance era who developed the Heliocentric Theory (Sun-centered). He expanded humanity's view of the universe and not as a religious world. Not many astronomers before Copernicus could prove Ptolemy wrong because of the lack of evidence. Copernicus studied planetary movement for more than 25 years, and he did not publish his book until he was in his last year of his life. He is refer to as "Father of Modern Astronomy."
